Nonsense....Saddam had been reduced to a two bit dictator contained within his own borders...by all evidence there are no weapons there and the administration had to resort to exageration to make their case for war.

Who do you think feeds him his lines....Rush? Saddam was a "growing cancer"; a threat to the region ...... and yet he had no WMD, the country looks like it was going to hell in a hand basket, even the palaces he was building look like crap.

And then look at the countries in the region......Syria, Iran, Egypt.......who exactly was he corrupting? Its a very bad neighborhood period. And Saddam knew if he went near Kuwait or Saudi Arabia that he was road kill. In the '80s, Bush I confused him when he acted all friendly, and so he never expected the trouble he got into over Kuwait. But he learned his lesson.

Its unbelievable that a president who was well known for his mental deficiencies was able to sucker nearly 300 million Americans into a costly and prolonged war over such lame reasoning. And we have the D. Rays of this country to thank..........they're mindless and unwavering support means we will have to fight like hell to wrestle the gov't from them. Its like a very bad nightmare that never ends.
