Update~Michael Dell Reports Selling 10M Dell Computer Shares DOW JONES NEWSWIRES WASHINGTON -- Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Dell has sold 10 million shares of the company's common stock since Thursday, according to a Form 4 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Dell sold the shares for $29.56 to $30.01 each. After the transactions, he directly owned 277,891,291 shares of the company.
