Man, thats for sure. Not only do they do all the work, but they often catch Dr. errors in medications, especially if a patient has more then one Dr. attending. In my wifes floor, the very experienced nurses like my wife 25+ years in her specialty have the Drs. coming to her for advice on treatment. jdn
