Agree,seems like vote buying and illegal. The same applies whether it is Philadelphia, Chicago or any city or town of any size. There are legal ways that people can be hired to work in and for campaigns at the local community level. Obama is wise to have rejected street payoffs. The right to vote is the most precious action we do as citizens and should not be compromised by others telling us how to vote or paying for our vote. jmho mj
