What Waterhouse NTF Funds do you like?

I'm especially interested in funds that allow diversification away from the tech stocks that are my area of competence, and that enjoy low volitility. These could serve as nice "parking places" for working capital while one's waiting for their tech stock bargain of choice.

For taxable accounts, low turnover is nice for this purpose, esp. with the recent cap gains cut. After some research, I've picked hovlx for this purpose, and am contemplating one or two others.

For my IRA, I'd like something similar, but I'm not as concerned with turnover.

Any thoughts?
