Gee, still nothing. Anyone surprised? Look guys, if you need to borrow a calculator to get those financials completed, please feel free to ask.

So this week will slip by, and of course next is busy with Christmas meetings and office parties. And no real work can be done between Christmas and New Year's. Once January rolls around it will probably not take more than a month to get back into the work grove, so do you think that we might hear something by February 1999?

I know the ASE regulators are still watching this thread. I will post
here and now that we, as shareholders, will not accept as an excuse when the Major Transaction deadline comes and goes that it was the ASE's fault. If the management is hoping to blame this on someone else you had better come up with a different excuse. Do your job or get out of the way and get someone who can represent our interests!

Or, if you do really care about what the shareholder's think and feel, explain to us exactly what the ASE needs to see in the form of documentation that you cannot produce. I, for one, cannot imagine what would take an honest company more than three months to produce. Can you help us understand this ongoing delay??
