I admit to being legalistic over the terms being used here.

If one will argue the point at which a fetus is determined to be alive and considered human, and use that as a basis for their views. Could one also then apply the vagueness of what their definition of humanness includes to justify bringing forth the death of those who have pasted the fetus stage???

I am sorry, the word aware just does not factor into the definition of human. No more than it does to the word "alive"
