Hi Sting-Ray, www4.edgar-online.com The old post was before the 100% run-up. After reading the Pre14A... it doesn't sound like a company that is trying to increase existing shareholder value in the near term. Hope I am wrong for those holding long-term... but will use the profits elsewhere - near term. nick
