Reminded when I was treasurer of a PAC ............ .......

Federal Election Commission often wanted copies of the
cancelled checks paid to election candidates.

Seems the PAC's payments often did NOT show up on
the candidates' campaign receipts.

Remember one campaign manager in Houston.

Read where he went to jail.
