Yes, bloated mutual funds and others are fueling the rise. There is also near full employment and UPS workers and others are demanding and will be getting more pay. Eventually, and I know its been a long wait, inflation will emerge. That is people are once again feeling secure about their jobs and/or wealth and are buying stuff. Inflation in real estate and much more has arrived big time to the SF Bay area and will come to a town near all of you soon. California has always been a trend leader. Wage inflation too. When this finally becomes apparent it will subdue the raging bull, IMO. RJ
