Technically it would be a new downturn if things turned south again.

Sorry, but the refis have generated many billions of dollars of income within a quick two year period........the tax cuts will generate that much over several years.

That's one of the reasons I said that other factors where bigger then the tax cuts. But that doesn't mean the tax cuts where "less the minor".

You're kidding yourself if you think the two economic generators of income are equal to each other.

Never said they where, in fact I said the opposite. I just said the tax cuts had a positive effect.
