Hello LB11..I didn't realize Groupwise runs of NT and UNIX. I had better check the technical specs. Regarding NDS.....NOVL may be the leader in this technology but the fact that it runs only on NetWare 4.x is the main drawback. I know, they just came out with a version for NT but I don't think customers who have NT will buy Novell's NDS solution...yet. NT users are waiting for NT 5.0 with Active Directory. I believe this wait will hold back sales of NetWare 4.x for some time and something NOVL cannot afford to do. The recent cutbacks NOVL implemented and the channel clearing will be the main contributor to NOVL's bottom line next quarter and will account for the +'ve EPS (if any). BorderManager ? Now that is one big ??? and one on which I would nt bet to heavly on with real money at this time. MSFT will probably come out with one of their own if they find that BorderManager like software is the next hot software in demand. V.K
