Hello Don, Groupwise has ALWAYS been getting rave reviews and since the beginning of time. HOWEVER, I don't believe it has generated enough income for NOVL in the past to justify keeping it.
MS MAIL, Exchange, CC Mail and Notes are the competition and perhaps it is this that keeps profit margins low.

One has to ask why NOVL does not release Groupwise sales as it does with NetWare sales. Is it because the volume is too low to make public ? There have been rumours of NOVL selling Groupwise. Now why do you suppose such rumours float around ?

Groupwise is not a cash cow for NOVL as it should be. I am still checking my sources to see if it does indeed run on UNIX and NT.
I have not heard of a single NOVL product that runs of UNIX or NT for that matter. All the development is done in NLM's.
Not only that, but I don't know of a single site running Groupwise on these two platforms....and I thought I was on top of technology.
