They have not issued a PR on this. Everybody who has asked them has received written replies. I suggest that if you want to hear what they have to say, you ask them yourself, directly - though I suspect you have already done that. In this age of "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" you can't be too careful about semantics. The best we can do is share what has been asked and what has been said. Still, Dayton put something in writing; Medinah appears to be unwilling to put anything about this matter in writing. I encourage your efforts regarding the MGold certs, and look forward to the issue being resolved. Mike Gold, if you are reading this, I for one would very much like to know who told you that Medinah has "proof" of Dayton's short position.
