Patriot: It was PUBLIC info!

Patriot, is completely wrong. The info about the expected NTOP spinoff (with the possibility of partial participation by other partners, possibly even IDTC) was stated quite publicly at the IDTC annual conference that I attended, and hawaii60 did not. It was widely reported on the bulletin boards, including this one.

At least one reporter, as I have mentioned, was there and she is considering mentioning details like this one in an article.

So, I see absolutely nothing wrong with any investor, including John England, mentioning it. Further, the opinion that IDTC will be a holding company for internet enterprises is also widely spread and Howard Jonas said enough at this meeting that it would be a valid guess or opinion.

All this was reported by everyone except John in this public forum.

So, when Steve Gelsi interviewed John, he told him what was KNOWN. True, IDTC/NTOP chose not to comment, but they did not deny it either. And, I see no reason to suggest it is hyping, since it is the truth. As for pumping and dumping, you don't know John England and I do. you, sir, are mistaken.

FWIW, I may be published in another article saying very similar things and I said it last week!
