I was just looking at the chart. The news was released Oct 1 that they entered into this deal and now it is apparently voided. This stock losing this much value in one day based on that is incredible. They are solvent with no threat of pulling an ETN, and although their technology appears to be questioned, they seem to have a worthwhile product.

Such a gap down after that NR is a little puzzling to me. I hope the panic sellers are out, and maybe the company counters this with an NR tomorrow before open to give the market some confidence. It could then be a really good Buckey Bouncer.
