...the chip could be a very big deal...remember as an isp real-estate is very exspensive that is why the max has bean such a great seller they are able to pack more modems in a rack then the competition the problem has been that when you stuff the rack they run to hot the "modem on a chip" ...disapates 1/10 the amount of heat that tradional modem cards do....this and the fact that asnd has received chips for testing can probably be confirmed by advanced logic...
