Guys - Thanks for the comments on Syquest.

Jon - I don't care about their stock price. I was just making an historical observation. I do care about losing sight of them. I tend to agree with the rest of your comments.

Todd - Sounds like a good analogy. With their China backers it seems more likely that they will be able to hang on in some form.
The 50,000 units by the end of 1998 in Edwins news URL doesn't sound too ominous at this time. China is a potentially huge market, but Ican't see them launching a serious attack on IOM market share from that base alone. I do want to keep an eye on them, though.
