Nigel, I'm not sure if you have noticed....but the list shows one very large holder......an old timer....who continues to add. 45k last week, in fact. Several other new holders are also associated with this individual. I know the numbers of shares looks quite large...but you must remember that 50,000 shares @ 25 cents = $ 12,500. The dollar amounts are really not that great.( Poor Klaus.....buys 60k and nobody can believe it.....like it was a million dollars or something.) David and I built BANY positions months ago.....at prices of 40 cents down to 18 cents. While I stopped adding due to short term cash flow difficulties....(my goal is to get over 100k)...David continued. I talk with David often....and a few other of the large block guys. We all see value in the stock way beyond any short squeeze story. I can't really explain what we feel the value of the stock is now...and what it should be in 12 months, because I would get flamed in a second..... We have gathered a bunch of information and have based our opinion on the belief that what the company has told us is materially correct.....and that there is a very nice market growing for hardcases. We know that BANY is a small company.....but they also have some important government sales exposure.... I see no reason why this exposure can't be leveraged into private sector OEM type of agreements, chain store supply agreements, and other sales channels. I think the market and certain individuals have decided that BANY can't do it. I think they can....and are about to prove it. Very simple, really.... And the stock is 6 cents above it's historical low...and 65 cents below it's 52 week high. bg ps. David...."other" are a few people who do not wish to be identified in any way....Just that they are long. They are mysterious. In a couple of weeks...we will need to audit the list....I think it is too high. x .9 would be very wise...to be realistic.
