* Inspectors from the Department of Trade and Industry have seized documents from Firecrest, the Internet and advertising group which became the first company to be delisted from the Alternative Investment Market last October.

The DTI declined to comment on a report in Sunday Business which said that inspectors had visited Firecrest's west London headquarters. However, the documents seized are believed to cover Firecrest's reverse, all-paper takeover of Super Phone, a shell company in the US. The takeover will give Firecrest a listing on the Bulletin board, an alternative investment market in the US.
