You don't actually think Bush has a prayer at winning in 04 do you? I'm thinking its a replay of the 1982 Reagan victory against Carter.

Every presidential election in U. S. history has been in a year divisible by 4. And when Reagan defeated Carter, the primary issue was a crisis in the Persian Gulf which Carter had been unable to resolve. So your analogy makes no sense to me. At least it's too soon to tell.
