They seem to have no shortage of areas within Atlanta where the median price meets or exceeds 5 times the median income in that area. Some areas bubbled up later in the cycle. Las Vegas, Salta Lake City, and Phoenix, for instance, started later than California. Median value and median income in Atlanta realestate.aol.com
