Hi Steve, I ordered a 19" LCD Monitor from Dell as was told I would receive it by Dec.9. Now I'm told it will be shipped on Dec. 22. Dell told me that they are having problems receiving the monitors from their suppliers. Last year Dell did the same thing to me so my wife's Xmas present didn't arrive until after the holidays. Well, I've learned two lessons. First, Dell promises and doesn't deliver, second, buy my next computer, and peripherals from a local store. For some reasons, Dell is going down the "tubes". Service, tech support, phone systems all "stink". Oh well, this is JMO. Stock Bull
