ZARAH, I've have checked two of the companies that you mentioned, Microsoft(back to 2/14/94) and Atmel and have found no Reg S filings. Could you please specify the date(s) of the S-8 filings and post them here. I'm pretty sure that I'm right about this. Remember, just because you see an S-8 filing doesn't at all indicate that there was an Reg S deal. There was a very negative piece in Barron's last year in the spring(?) and ever since then reputable companies have stayed away from such financing deals. Good luck today with earnings. The market obviously thinks that things will come out OK. Craig
