Don't forget the Germans. They were found to have been doing work for Sadaam after the last gulf war. With unemployment over 11% now they just might have been tempted again. Also, the Kurdish leader said that the French and Russians stand to lose 20 Billion dollars in oil contracts they signed with Sadaam.
