Here's a Israeli Captain who will be relieved for incompetence.

Defenses down

I'm still shocked that the Israeli warship off of Lebanon allowed itself to be struck by a Hezbollah missile.

"The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information, said the missile detection and deflection system was not operating, apparently because the sailors did not anticipate such an attack."

This is mind-boggling. You are a warship in a war zone - you are at war. Lesson #1 in every warfighting school - never underestimate your enemy. I'd really like to talk to the captain of this ship.

I hoped they learned their lesson.

The missile was allegedly fired with the assistance of Iranian troops, in Lebanon.
