You apparently do not understand enough to know that there are not SS "surpluses" in the first place, unless you conveniently fail to account for the unfunded pension liability. If you account for SS the way every private pension plan in America is required to do the plan has been technically insolvent for 20 years.

Again, you can't even make a sensible statement about it.

Perhaps if you would spend as much time reading as you do criticizing Bush you would not be clueless on this subject.
