PS My guess is Bob will make the call AFTER he sees the money flowing as he is a bit more conservative than some of us and the outperformance is supposed to last several years once it starts. My post says I am just getting my allocations into small caps from maybe 10% to more like 30% to match the Wilshire 5000. I will probably wait like BB to increase from there..8)
