What is MD smoking these days. He must be getting the munchies because he is looking more and more like a inflated balloon everyday. Speaking of being inflated, it seems as though MD is desperate to keep DELL's stock price up; possibly because he wants to sell more of his shares for diversity sake. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Dell's Michael Dell on the Internet, PC Market: Company Comment

''The data we have is that over 50 percent of the people who get a broadband connection replace their PCs in the first year. When you get a broadband connection, you want a PC that can handle that.''
''Our business model has been so resilient that there's almost nothing we can do to screw it up. It's important to us to make sure we don't do everything.''
''If you've got the right cost structure, you can grow faster than the industry.''
''It's not that the industry's declining. It's a share shift that's going on.''
