Re: I was "3"...I'll never forget the day when they matched the numbers 323. I always felt a little guilty about not having to go, but I'm glad I didn't have to go. Vietnam was a real mess. When it came out later that Nixon had decided to pull out close to a year before the election, but delayed it (while Americans died daily) so that he'd win re-election.... I sure hope Bush doesn't pull the same stunt if he decides Iraq isn't worth the trouble.
