On second thought, it would probably be a lot easier to raise money by involving physicians at the outset. Who was it on this thread who called the bankruptcy trustee? Perhaps he could do so again to see if there is any way we might get an option to purchase for a period long enough to put a private offering together. And we might still be able to involve HGRM as technical consultants (they could tell us if the exercise is even worth the effort), as managers (after Voxel was purchased), and perhaps even as subscribers in the initial offering.
