SEGA Gaming Technologies is a company that was formed when a group of brokers and speculators bought the rights to use the SEGA name from SEGA Japan a couple years ago. They have the right to market products using the SEGA name in the Bingo and other legalized gambling markets. Supposedly the Japanese managers at SEGA's parent company were reluctant to subject their company to the scrutiny that would be required to enter these markets. John M.
