What happens when one day a fetus can be extracted lets say at 4 months and be brought to term in a lab The day is coming when they can fertilize an egg in a dish and raise it in an outside environment. But I think the practical rule is when the kid can survive on his own. The Baby has no human "rights" until then. But the fight is going to go on and on with the Religious types who think it is a Human when the sperm hits the egg. Best long term solution? The "Pill" abortion available OTC. Then nobody gets into it but the woman. Perfect solution? Of course not. There are none.
