Mikey, <,I called and talked with Allan Achilles on Friday and Kerry today. Allan was going to get an answer to my questions but was out today, so Kerry helped me and said I should fill it out as 'friend/family'.>> Any "advice" that I would give you would be speculation at best. I have virtually no experience in the area of private placements and the legal forms - sorry, I'm not much good to you here. If I decide to participate, I'll be making a few phone calls of my own. <<WGO seems to be in an excellent position. I get an approximate per share earnings once production is started (which at this point is real speculation) of 0.30 US. Anyone know what kind of P/E Canadian companies trade at? S&P500 is around 20.>> Guessing ... I would see 10 as minimum, 15 likely and 20 a possibility. I'll make an inquiry of a more experienced friend and get his opinion.
