Bruhjell, president reports; Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC BB:IDCN - news) Pursuant to the April 29, 1998 announcement concerning the acquisition of Prodigy Resources Inc. the company has retained Mr. Jeffrey R. Bruhjell as president, Mr. Tony Papa as secretary/treasurer and Messers. Bruhjell and Papa have also joined the board of directors. Mr. Robert P. Salna has stepped-down as president and resigned from the board of directors but will remain as a mining consultant to the company. Other director announcements will be made soon.
