The Investor Relations section of PanAmerican BanCorp's Web site was created to provide shareholders with official statements from the Company. Any and all correspondence received by PanAmerican will be answered, via an official statement, at this location by members of the management team.
Can I visit PanAmerican BanCorp without identifying myself? It is possible to set up a meeting and visit PanAmerican BanCorp. However, the individual must be identified in order to establish that they have a valid business relationship with PanAmerican or that they are a shareholder of record. In one instance, for example, a shareholders wishes to visit PanAmerican, but will not agree to setting up a meeting. In addition, the individual is reluctant to release a telephone number or even their name. We can ill afford disruptions by anonymous individuals showing up at any given time. This would certainly not add value to the Company as the unknown intentions of the individual could potentially harm PanAmerican and its valued shareholders.
What happened to the on-line investment services? The operations of the on-line trading division of PanAmerican, which includes Insider Trading and Teachdaq, have been temporarily suspended as they undergo a reorganization.
Is PanAmerican under review by the SEC? PanAmerican is not under review by the SEC. Once the audited financials are complete, they must then be reviewed and approved by the SEC before the Company can regain status on the OTC:BB. What is meant by remote locations as far as the financials are concerned? The remote locations refer to all operations that were not physically housed at corporate headquarters, such as the PanAmerican office opened last year in Buenos Aires.
Why is the Update from June 16th still positioned as news? The update regarding the filing of the audited financials is still news as requests for the staus of the filing come in daily from our shareholder base.
Does PanAmerican still own the patent for videophone technology? While we have considered establishing a proprietary relationship with the company who developed the videophone technology, PanAmerican has never owned the patent.
Has the Company developed other software for the Palm? The Company utilizes the technology,not software, for the Palm Pilot and other wireless devices which operate on WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) panambancorp.com |
