Dear Jeeza,

I am not a lawyer, but I don't think anyone knows the real details of this litigation until you sit through the trial. Nor do I think this is a simple matter. The press report indicates the New York court has granted a partial summary judgement in favor of the financial advisor. Anyone can sue anyone for anything, but do they have grounds to support their case? I am a newbie in the market, but I believe a lot of investors, including experienced ones, are leary of PMTI at this time.

Apple to oranges, perhaps. But when the DOW is up, doesn't NASDAQ follow suit? Isn't NASDAQ up from last summer? But Palomar continues to be depressed. I have followed them for only 5 months, but they seem to be in one jam or another all the time such as the reprimand from the FDA.

Does anyone know what PMTI is doing with the money they are making from all these wonderful products? Their press releases indicate they are hiring more executives all the time. I thought wise companies keep their overhead low.

I do wish all the PMTI shareholders the very best and I will visit the site on a regular basis.

Dennis
