Thanks, Tim. Symantec definitely missed the window of opportunity this year. Till March this year while I followed the stock, it was still the number one anti-virus utility in the market... I guess the management did learn something this year and is correcting the problems, but we the shareholders helped to pay the lessons fees... -Keith
