What's all this talk about products. We all know what QDEK sells. This thread is about possible a White Knight saving QDEK from itself and helping teh financial situation of all the long-fellows.

So lets hear it. Who are prospective buyers of this keen company. Let's start speculating, then we can see about product fit, and business economics.

Jesse, why don't you take the lead on this one. My brains a numb working on the first one. McAfee is a courting adn has proposed marriage to somebody. Cheyenne has a dance partner with an eye towards long term relationship. Microsoft is too spoiled to date QDEK, wrong league. Intuit just doesn't date those types (wrong niche). Netscape say I have something you don't and what you have I don't want. IBM doesn't go to those types of parties. Lotus/Word Perfect/Sybase/Borland/Oracle are too uptone to go downtown. Symantec maybe. They are both competitors after similar buyers. Seagate has a software division.
