We have a generation of politicians that act like they are in an arena sport. They have their own guides and strategies that are separate from anything us spectators are involved in; yet, we are supposed to be cheering them on and backing their efforts because of some partisan loyalty we are bound to. We need new blood but we need more than that to shake up a corrupt system of special interests and corruption.
