Joe, like I said, this stock has a nasty way of bringing you back. You could always spend a grand and pick up some cheap options, just to participate in the buyout, or recovery if thats in the cards. I still don't believe the company will just go down the tubes, but like an expiring option, the longer they wait to sell, likely means the less they will get for it.
I figure if Schmidt blows it after a couple more quarters, the BOD will somehow be forced out along with him. John Young appears to have hung his (and the BOD) failure on 2 folks recently, Frankenburg and Marengi. He'll likely try to blame Schmidt if things fail, but I doubt he'll get away with it again.
I still think if not real good news by Q4, the company goes on the block. As Jim pointed out though, they can always restuff the channel for Q4 and Q1 to re-establish momentum, then another channel clearing in Q2, coupled with another buyout rumor to boost the stock price heading into the shareholders meeting. Then more affiliations we'll never hear another thing about, and that could potentially get them to Q3 again.
