Now, Now, Daniel, I posted that because it was a cute blackhelicopter kind of thing, but it would not surprise me that the ease with which Intel pulled the trigger shows their confidence in what is real demand for the 800 bus. It is not going to hurt, either to dump the last of the 3.06s inventory at a higher price, and allow a little extra time for the memory chip guys to catch up, and of course, AMD announcing they are postponing the Hammer until 2005 (joke) or whatever.

Or maybe "they" are just nasty liars. :))))
