Hello Paul, in some cases it is reported that 10% of NW 3.x shops have upgraded to NW 4.x and in others, it is reported as 30%. Based on the number of companies upgrading to NT recently including our own, I would tend to believe that under 10% is accurate. NT is strong and getting stronger. NW is weak and getting weaker. There are no and, buts or ifs about this. Facts are facts. Ask yourself why NOVL cannot get its business in shape and is having such problems that have been going on for the last 2 - 3 years. NetWare is not selling bigtime otherwise I am sure you would have NOVL posting it on their web sites. V.K
