This whole week was a study in MM Tactics. All week people were getting stopped out, the MM was fishing in every direction to get shares to support the Interest Messages to BUY he was getting. Over 3 days there were over 6 mil shares compared to a million or so, sell interest messages. I know that Thompson is not reliable for day to day stats, but those messages tell the MM that this or that fund want X Shares, the MM needs time to get them especially when the liquidity is as tight as we are. We all know there are funds that could not buy until the valuation reached a billion, perhaps we've uncorked that genie now. My Mantra is show me the Block trades, it is really the catalyst we need. Like all of You I am hugely positive on the fundamentals of MRV, but frankly the Supply demand Equation is more compelling when there are Block Trades. Ive discovered that immediately following Block Buys we go on a run. Use it as an indicator, it's been perfect for 5 months. Thought I was done buying but am now convinced a SPLIT must happen in 2000 so I am going back to the well.
