OT, as usual...

There is no defense for what the AMR executives did, especially in the face of employees voting to take pay cuts.

The Unions out of bitterness now may well bankrupt the company. Shareholders would be toast.

You know, that's possible. And given that the executive pension plan would be directly related to the bankruptcy filing, at the least, the pension plan could be thought of as a fraudulent conveyance. At worst, executive management might have personal liability.
