I told you a while back I spoke with an outboard retailer that saw a Honda Natural gas 4 stroke in FL. said it was great. Apparently they have ability to run LNG also. Not sure if same engine or another Honda 4 stroke. Whatever the case I think your right in saying not much to worry about at this point but maybe few years down the road. I guess they are the ultimate in environmentaly friendly engines. NG still scares me though and I'm not sure I want to be in a boat or car for that matter with an NG tank. KABOOM! on another note- with the talk about emissions changes in autos comeing right around the corner in many countries and the need in many more (hellholes) I have gotta think someone either U.S. or european (it aint the japs) has to be doing some serious looking and talking to OE. I mean they have done the research, development and more importantly the time and testing to make this technology viable. Unless there is some merger in the works between a Japanese company and major U.S. or Euro company whereby they buy into and share the Japanese DFI technology, or if they have their own and have kept it real quiet, I think they have not much choice but to use it. Now if we can just get someone to admit and put it in the press. If I had the dough I would be a buyer for OE right now at these prices.
