American, many couldn't even buy stocks ABOVE THE ASK in the AfterMarket today. I even experienced it. I tried to buy some more CORV, for example, and got only 144 shares filled! I couldn't buy any ADCT or even any RHAT above the ask.

Very bizarre, not sure if that means we will go nuts tomorrow but I found that interesting.

BTW - I wouldn't be too quick to day that the BEAR market is over. It might be and it might not, but it appears that the Market really wanted to hear that some major companies are doing well and is even willing to look forward 6 months (or more) on the others like the NT's and CSCO's.

Remember everything is based on RISK vs. REWARD. As stocks go up more, they will be less attractive and there are still some bad performing companies out there. I will be interested to see if the smart investors really push a MSFT up to $80 or $90 here, as it is a safer bet than a LU or CSCO or JDSU (which will go up in a panic rally but could easily fall back hard when reality sets in. This is a stock pickers market and there are still a lot of powerful people that really want this Market to go down. If they can't get the whole Market down, they will try to get the lower quality stocks to fall hard at some point.
