mike-- cheap machines going into christmas are going to be a big hit. however, for the big makers at least, the margins on these are terrible. and even these sales will not be enough to soak up all the capacity and inventory out there. some of the PC OEMs might do OK. dell is doing well, but the stock is manipulated by the company so investing in it is at your own peril<G>. good luck to all, trey
