Uh Dwight again <G>. "Check" my last. I DID find the Presstek Thread... It's under Miscellaneous. Very interesting thread.

I also ascertained in my own mind that the article I posted from Money Daily was, IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN), an "attention grabber", typical behaviour of most media. And, really much ado about nothing when you get down to the bottom-line. IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN), the action and the attention it's gotten online and in the WSJ for that matter, is really to send a message, as a scare tactic to the poor small investors who can't afford the libel insurance, or have a legal staff like a corp. who can "wiggle out", if you know what I mean.

Seems to me, IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN) that this, ahem ... lawsuit that Presstek is throwing at the 3 shorts is, IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN) going to blow up in their face, like for example finding themselves with a "counter-suit" by those 3 individuals.

And, IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN),it seems to me that some of these "other" companies they speak of that are thinking of doing the same think better consider the COUNTER-SUITS they might possibly, perhaps encounter when they think they can start throwing their weight around.
I think IN MY OPINION ONLY (GRIN) that these general counsels for these companies shoot think very carefully before they start shooting from the hip. Too many toes may get blown off in the process, READ: "COUNTER" LAWSUITS (there's plenty of lawyers (33 percenters) that like to take THAT side too --- (IN MY OPINION ONLY)....

As a broker (or former broker) you might find that thread pretty interesting. Lot of good, intelligent discussion going on there.

Regards,

Joe..<Whatever... I'm going on another vacation tommorow for a week -- have fun with Novell all!>
