I don't think the industry wide book-to-build exist anymore for semis, only for semi-equipment.

There was some mention on the Yahoo thread by some LSI 'insider' that LSI sales are going very strong, with bookings into Q3 and Q4, which was unheard of in this business. Don't know validity of course.
